My desire to help people motivated me to make the career change from audio engineering to real estate. After exploring the career and picking the brains of some contacts in the field, I went for it, and now I can't imagine doing anything else.

 

Before real estate, I spent over a decade in the technical audio field, from running live sound to developing US and international patents in acoustic modeling. That work demanded an exceptional attention to detail, and I bring that same precision and problem-solving approach to every transaction.

 

I relocated from the California East Bay to North Texas in 2020, so I know firsthand what it's like to make a major move. That experience shapes how I work with every client I serve.

 

Probate is where I've chosen to focus my practice, with a real focus on helping people during a stressful time. Most agents either avoid probate estate sales entirely or treat them like standard transactions. These are not standard. Selling a probate home involves court timelines, heir coordination, administration types, and contract nuances that require an agent who genuinely understands the process. Families navigating a loss don't need more confusion — they need clarity, patience, and someone who will handle the real estate transaction with care. That's why I became a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES).
